Eternal Fire

We all have an eternal fire within us. It's a vibration a sexual energy, a love energy. Some of us can maintain it and use this energy to manifest our dreams by focusing our thoughts on our inspirations and goals when we feel the joy and higher vibration running through us.

As humans we have our own innate ability to heal our own bodies, and it all begins with appreciation and joy. I use many ways of maintaining my energy and work to keep myself in a better place. I've made mistakes and choices that have put me in a place I didn't want to be. All I've endured has brought me to where I am NOW, and I'm grateful for that.

There is no sunshine without the rain, and when we feel stuck and something isn't aligned right, there are many things we can do to feel better.

I became a reiki practitioner before starting yoga teaching training. I had a loss of career, and was recently divorced. Being a single mom, with no career I became consumed with anxiety that was debilitating. I started yoga, then got certified as a reiki practitioner. Reiki changed my appearance, attitude and balanced my energy, it made it easier for me to try new things and experience life more fully. I can honestly say it helped change my life,It is the reason I'm so passionate about it. Not to mention it feels terrific getting reiki and giving it as well. Every aspect of it enjoyable, and I love to share.

I'm an avid hiker, and it makes sense to add all these things together and share my time and passions. While hiking out in nature you also balance your energies and connect, in fact Master Usi himself had his own reiki turn on when injured and lost in the woods, and I love forestbathing. I offer yoga privates on the mountain while hiking, and I end with giving my clients reiki. Nature, reiki and yoga are beneficial tools that help stop that critical mind from taking over. Rock balancing as well is a passion of mine because it's a meditation in motion and is soothing and calming, plus it is creative. Yoga on the mountain.

There are so many things we can do to empower ourselves and get out of our comfort zones. It all starts with that first step. We take those steps and we keep climbing up the mountain, even if we have to stop along the way, we get back up and keep on going. I am willing is my mantra, are you? I'd love to share the first steps I took with you while you step out into your journey and ignite your enternal fire.
